1. You, the client, will make initial contact with VGL regarding work you're interested in. We will discuss the project(s) and work toward setting a time to meet.
2. Once the meeting is set, I will walk your property with you to discuss potential challenges and concerns. I will also take some pictures to conceptualize the project(s). At this time, you will furnish a one-time $70 design fee. This fee covers the labor for our one-hour meeting as well as concept designs for this and any future projects.
3. I will then conceptualize the project and email you designs for questions and feedback.
4. Once designs are finalized, I will draw up an estimate for the project(s) and await your approval.
5. Once approved and associated paperwork is signed, you must provide 50% of the total project estimate (your deposit). This deposit puts your project on the schedule, and work begins!
6. Only when you are 100% satisfied with the work done is the job complete. At that time the remaining project cost must be paid, we can take some more pictures, and then we'll start work on the next project!
At Victory Gardens and Landscaping, we believe in clear, open, and honest communication. That being said, every single job will be different; to the right you will find the basic procedure every job will follow: Any questions or concerns throughout the design and build process are welcomed and don't cost you a thing. Please note that adding or changing project details may change the total project cost. In such an event, the changes will be discussed with and approved by you prior to its execution. Being your home, we want you to be completely satisfied with the work being done; I will always be available to address your needs should they come up.
